Who processes your data

The data you send through this site is processed by Fiorella Duarte, Shiatsu practitioner, who can be reached on +33 7 88 37 35 32 or at [professional email address].

What is collected

Only what you enter yourself in the booking request form: your name, phone number, email address, the type of session you would like, your preferred day and time of day, the site language you used, and the free message you choose to write.

Why it is collected

To get back to you and arrange your appointment. It is used for no other purpose, and is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

The free message may contain health-related information. Share only what feels necessary: it is treated confidentially, on the basis of your consent, and solely in order to adapt the session.

How long it is kept

Requests that do not lead to an appointment are deleted within twelve months. Contact details of people seen in session are kept for the duration of the follow-up, then deleted.

Where it is hosted

The form is handled by Netlify, Inc., the site’s host, which stores submissions on its servers. Fiorella receives an email notification for each new request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no profiling trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to a Google server when the page loads.

Your rights
